Are the items that you sell authentic?

We sell only authentic pre-owned and new designer items. Every item that is sold was purchased first hand by The Wopsters. 

We are not a consignment store. We do not sell clothing, shoes or accessories for third parties.


What condition are the items sold on The Wopsters Closet in?

The items are in varying conditions from brand new to well used. The condition of each item is stated in the description section of each item. We try our best to note every imperfection, however if the item is described as being worn/used, not every detail may be stated. Any stains, scuffs, scratches may not be noted on an item that is used.

  • New: The item is in brand new condition, and has never been used.
  • Like New/Worn Once: The item has minuscule, and unnoticeable signs of use. May have only been tried on or worn indoors.
  • Gently Used: The item has noticeable but minor signs of use.
  • Well Used: The item has several highly noticeable signs of use.

We do our best to properly and accurately describe each item, but there are variations in how people view, interpret and notice condition, color, alterations, measurements, etc. On most items, it is nearly impossible to mention every imperfection due to the item being used (unless listed as brand new). We include multiple photos of various angles of our items for sale. The pictures are part of the description. 

Shoes and accessories do not include original boxes. In some cases, the original dust cover may be included. This will be noted in the description if the box or original dust cover/case is included. Otherwise, a standard dust cover/case/tissue paper will be shipped with all shoes and some accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, etc.).

The actual European size is always listed in the title and the description and cannot always be accurately compared to a US size. You should know your size in the particular designer's shoes before making a purchase. Please see our size chart located in the FAQ for further assistance.

Does The Wopsters Closet have a physical store that I can visit?

Sorry, we only sell online at Wopsterscloset.com. 


When will my package ship?

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships. Longer delays apply of you entered an invalid or incomplete address. If three days have passed and you did not receive a tracking number, please first check your junk/spam mail then email us at customerservice@kaoir.com. Most items are shipped with a signature required.


What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments via Credit Card via PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information. We also accept Paypal credit. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card in to avoid delays or declines. You can also use Paypal to pay for your order in 4 installments. 

We’re Sorry, We Do Not Accept: CODs, Layaway plan, Personal Checks, or Money Orders.

**Please note PayPal” E-Check” payments take an additional 5 business days to process. PayPal will not allow us to ship your order until they verify your payment has cleared.


What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not give refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason. We do not accept returns. Please know your size in the brands available on this site. Email us with any questions prior to making a purchase. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please read all disclosures and FAQ prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties or repairs. We only guarantee all items sold are 100% authentic and purchased first hand at designer retail stores. How do I determine my size?

Please see our sizing chart below. Please note the following size chart is a general guideline. Size and fit are approximations and may vary across designers. Please refer to item measurements to determine best fit. If an item has been altered, it will be noted in the description.

Additional information for International customers:

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) first class or Priority international mail/DHL. International and Military orders may take up to 20 business days or longer to arrive. Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by Wopsters Closet. Sometimes, these fees must be paid in order to receive your package. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Please be aware some international countries do not scan the package once it arrives in your country. If more than 20 business days pass, please contact your local post office or customs as the package may be held there.


What if my order is incorrect or is missing an item?

While we try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, sometimes human errors can occur in fulfilling an order. If we made an error in the fulfillment of your order, please email us. You will be asked to provide clear photos of the package the order arrived in and the products received. Once we review the photos, we will review the issue and either authorize the exchange or explain the reason for denial of the exchange. If it is authorized, we will need the incorrect item returned to us unused. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process the incorrect/missing items once authorized. If the incorrect item has been worn, altered or damaged in any way, we will not be able to accept the return/exchange regardless of error on The Wopsters Closet behalf. Please note that items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacement/exchange/refund of any kind. In most cases, we will email a return label to you once your exchange is authorized. We cannot issue return labels to international customers.

All items are thoroughly checked and weighed prior to shipping. If an item is damaged, missing pieces or wrong item sent, please contact us within 24 hours from the date you received the package. Please be sure you checked the entire contents of your package. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, Wopsters Closet will not be responsible for the items and will not be able to accept a return or exchange.

Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?

Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, and manuals will contain the appropriate message in their product descriptions. If this information is not stated in the description, these items will not be included. Sunglasses may include a designer case that is a different designer than the actual brand of the sunglasses.

Are the images shown on your website of the actual items listed for sale?

Yes, we take detailed pictures of every product that we sell. We do our best to provide images of areas of wear for a pre-owned item. Please view and zoom in on all photos to see any wear as it is also apart of the description. Stock photos are for illustrative purposes only and are property of the intellectual owner. Additional information regarding orders: 

We reserve the right to refuse to process and order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order. Our customer service department may email you at the email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. To avoid delays, please be sure your name, billing and shipping address matches the card you are using. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s) and your order will not be shipped. We do not make price adjustments. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.
